Rock, Ginger, Lemon

The Rock, Ginger, Lemon combines the warm, rich taste of Gouden Carolus Single Malt Whisky with the zesty freshness of ginger-lemon syrup. A perfect balance between spicy and refreshing that will surprise and delight any whisky lover. Ideal to enjoy by a crackling fire or just to add some extra flavor to your evening!

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Batteliek Ginger-Lemon Syrup
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice (if Pulco : 5ml)
  • 45 ml Gouden Carolus Single Malt Whisky

Preparation

  1. Fill a rocks/whisky glass with ice.
  2. Pour all liquids in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain the cocktail over ice into the glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of ginger or a candied ginger cube on a pick.
