Ingredients

  • 35ml Batteliek Grapefruit-Hop Syrup
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice (if Pulco : 5ml)
  • 10ml alcohol free gin
  • 40ml sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour all liquids, except the water, into the glass.
  3. Add the sparkling water and stir twice with a spoon.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint.
