
Ingredients
- 35ml Batteliek Grapefruit-Hop Syrup
- 10ml fresh lemon juice (if Pulco : 5ml)
- 10ml alcohol free gin
- 40ml sparkling water

Preparation
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour all liquids, except the water, into the glass.
- Add the sparkling water and stir twice with a spoon.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint.
