
Ingredients
- 30ml Batteliek Grapefruit-Hop Syrup
- 60 ml Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused
- 10ml fresh lemon juice (if Pulco : 5ml)

Preparation
- Pour the syrup and the juice in a big glass filled with ice (sufficient ice is important).
- Slowly add the Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused.
- Stir once with a spoon.
- garnish with a grapefruit slice on the brim of the glass.
