Don’t be confused, we are mixing fruit syrup with beer. The Dazed and Pomfused is an unexpected beer cocktail that combines the crisp bitterness of grapefruit and hops with the smooth depth of Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused. This cocktail strikes a playful balance between sour, bitter, and spicy—perfect for anyone looking to try something unique with a hint of beer and whisky. Ingredients

  • 30ml Batteliek Grapefruit-Hop Syrup
  • 60 ml Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice (if Pulco : 5ml)

Preparation

  1. Pour the syrup and the juice in a big glass filled with ice (sufficient ice is important).
  2. Slowly add the Gouden Carolus Whisky Infused.
  3. Stirr once with a spoon.
  4. garnish with a grapefruit slice on the brim of the glass.
