
Ingredients
- 30ml Gember-Kurkuma syrup
- 30ml Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky
- 150ml apple juice
- 1 tbs cinnamon

Instructions
- Add the whisky and syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Pour the mix over fresh ice in a Batteliek glass.
- Top up with apple juice and garnish with an apple wedge and a pinch of cinnamon.
